Welcome to Europe Moms ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of europemoms.com and our mobile application Europe Moms (together or individually "Service") operated by Europe Moms.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service. Please read it at europemoms.com/privacy.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. You may opt out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe link.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service, you may be asked to supply certain information including your credit card number, billing address, and other details.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true and correct.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. By submitting payment information, you authorize Europe Moms to charge all Subscription fees to your payment method.
Europe Moms may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through Service. You retain your rights to any Content you submit.

Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are not at least 18, you are prohibited from using Service.
When you create an account, you guarantee that you are above age 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of Europe Moms. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Service infringes your copyright, please submit a claim to dmca@europemoms.com.

THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOUR USE OF SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service without notice.
We may amend Terms at any time by posting amended terms on this site. Your continued use of Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.
