I'll be honest - "spring in boutique hotels in central Paris" is half delicious sunshine and half sudden afternoon downpour, so the trick is something pretty that takes a packable umbrella in stride. Here's my curated outfit for a Spring stroll in Paris, the kind of thing I'd actually wear meeting Tom's mum for lunch in the Marais.
